CHERYL'S 'TO DIE FOR'CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 7 oz pkg chocolate chips melted (I find the microwave works well
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
salt

BASE:

1 1/2 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
bake at 350 for 5 min

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. mix all ingredients in a mixmaster or food processor
  2. pour mixture into base
  3. bake at 350 for 35 min. (the middle of the cheesecake will look loose, but that's ok)
